Your plan looks great! The only thing I might add is to personally call the parents before the initial meeting. I know you stated to have follow up calls, but you might spark their interest a little more if you called prior to the meeting as well. Hope all goes well.
ReplyDeleteI thought about calling the parents myself but I can't figure out how to do that since I don't speak Spanish. Any ideas?
ReplyDeleteSo glad you told me to follow your blog! You have some amazing ideas and a much more thought out plan than I have! I have a feeling you will be helping me out a lot more than I will be helping you!
ReplyDeleteI hope that by sharing our experiences we can help each other!
ReplyDeleteAngie -
ReplyDeleteI realized I hadn't officially posted. I have reviewed your action plan a lot. Thanks for the help. It looks really good and since we are on the same campus, it will be very interesting to see how both of our plans play out with the faculty and staff!
Here is to a great M.Ed!
Angie,
ReplyDeleteThanks for doing excellent work with your action research plan. Studying the link between parent involvement and student success is valid and relevant. Keep up the wonderful work.
Thanks,
Dr. Abshire
